A collection of tunes I’ve been working on recently, \u00a0roughly themed around a day in \u00a0Cornwall.<\/p>\n
It’s a concept album. Yes a fucking concept album, just like prog rockers used to do in the 70’s, so sue me. As it’s a concept album, I’ve done a complete version, and \u00a0sequenced it in order with track markers, so that it can be heard properly. (Stop laughing at the back.)<\/p>\n
Before you start yapping on, these aren’t “songs” or “tunes” they are more like impressionistic soundscapes.\u00a0For want of a better description, they are like the incidental music on TV shows or movies. They are mainly “ambient”.<\/a><\/p>\n These are just the preliminary tracks, I’ll be doing the proper CD , which will be “orchestrated”, in the coming months. This will be VERY GOOD, mind-blowing in fact. So why have I posted this version, if there’s a better one coming? If I hadn’t I’d not stop working on them, and would still be fucking around with these tracks trying to make sense of them, at Xmas 2020.<\/p>\n I promised myself I’d do all the tracks on synths before I did the full version.
