Summerland, Sumerian, this view
\ncould work if the rain eases. Holds us
\nnow, settle for some peace. Music\u00a0evokes
\nto the past, but silences endures.<\/p>\n
To be cast out of\u00a0these lines again, the sea
\nbeckons. Other places, on another shore.
\nI\u2019d entertained a dream become reality.
\nI\u2019d seen that, which I wanted seen.<\/p>\n
Overland as winds change, to\u00a0cache the breeze.
\nCalled back where the heather grows, gorse, broken
\nclouds driven to the horizon, again in England.
\nHome of the free, despite such miserable weather.<\/p>\n
Long lost, yet each day to be found anew.
\nThe person I\u2019ve created in my likeness,
\nhas become more me than I have ever been.
